Refund Policy

1. Overview

QuickStore is a subscription-based SaaS platform. Because our service provides immediate access to digital tools, AI-generated content, and automated fulfillment upon signup, refund eligibility is limited. We want you to be satisfied with QuickStore, and we handle every request fairly.

2. Free Plan

We offer a free tier so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage you to use this to determine whether QuickStore meets your needs before upgrading.

3. QuickStore Subscription Refunds

This section covers refunds for your QuickStore subscription fees — the amount you pay us.

Eligible for a refund

  • You were charged in error (duplicate payment, wrong amount, or billing system error).
  • You were charged after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription and have not connected a Shopify store or generated more than 5 products.

Not eligible for a refund

  • You actively used the platform during the billing period (created stores, published products, or processed orders).
  • You forgot to cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • The request is made more than 30 days after the charge.

4. Third-Party Fees Are Non-Refundable by Us

QuickStore integrates with third-party services that have their own billing. We cannot refund charges from:

  • Shopify — your Shopify subscription and any app fees are billed by Shopify directly. Contact Shopify support for those refunds.
  • AliExpress — product costs and shipping fees paid to AliExpress suppliers are between you and the supplier. If you need a refund for an AliExpress order, you must open a dispute on AliExpress directly.
  • Shipping carriers — delivery issues, lost packages, or customs fees are handled by the carrier or supplier, not by QuickStore.

5. Refunds for Your Store Customers

If a customer of your Shopify store requests a refund, you are responsible for handling it. Here is how refunds flow through the system:

  • You issue the refund to your customer through Shopify (full or partial).
  • QuickStore receives the refund webhook from Shopify and updates the order status in your dashboard.
  • If the order was already fulfilled through AliExpress and you issued a full refund, you must open a dispute on AliExpress to recover funds from the supplier. QuickStore cannot open disputes or request refunds from AliExpress on your behalf.
  • If the AliExpress order has not yet shipped, QuickStore will attempt to cancel it. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled programmatically — a manual AliExpress dispute is required.

AliExpress dispute resolution typically takes 15 or more business days. Plan your refund policies accordingly.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your QuickStore subscription, email us at support@quickstore.app with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Shopify's Billing API and credited to your Shopify account. Depending on your billing cycle, it may take up to one billing period for the credit to appear.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Auto-fulfillment will stop processing new orders after your plan expires.
  • Stores and products you published to Shopify remain live — QuickStore does not delete your Shopify data when you cancel.
  • Your QuickStore account data is retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe, then deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the chargeback with evidence of service usage. Please reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving billing issues directly and promptly.
