Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QuickStore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

QuickStore is a software-as-a-service platform that enables users to create Shopify-based dropshipping stores. The Service includes:

• Importing product data from AliExpress URLs
• AI-generated product titles, descriptions, images, and SEO content
• Automated Shopify store creation, theme publishing, and product syncing
• Automated order fulfillment and tracking synchronization through AliExpress
• Product health monitoring (stock changes, delisting, price changes on AliExpress)
• Store management and order analytics

QuickStore is a tool that facilitates store creation and management. We are not a retailer, supplier, or fulfillment provider. You are solely responsible for the stores you create, the products you sell, and all interactions with your end customers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Notify us immediately at support@quickstore.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payments

QuickStore offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not apply to the current billing cycle.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension until the balance is resolved.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a user of QuickStore, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, e-commerce, and tax regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Ensure the products you sell comply with the laws of the countries where you sell them. Do not sell prohibited, counterfeit, hazardous, or regulated items.
• Handle all customer service, returns, refunds, and disputes for your stores. QuickStore does not interact with your end customers.
• Review AI-generated content (product titles, descriptions, images) before publishing to ensure accuracy. You are responsible for all content on your stores.
• Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service and AliExpress's terms when using their services through our platform.
• Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Not resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Shopify Integration

QuickStore connects to your Shopify store through Shopify's OAuth API. By connecting your store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must have a valid Shopify account and subscription. Shopify fees are separate from and in addition to QuickStore fees.
• You grant QuickStore permission to create, modify, and delete products on your Shopify store.
• You grant QuickStore permission to upload, modify, and publish themes on your Shopify store.
• You grant QuickStore permission to read order data from your Shopify store via webhooks.
• You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your store from the QuickStore dashboard. Previously synced data on Shopify remains and is not deleted by us.

7. AliExpress Integration and Auto-Fulfillment

QuickStore connects to your AliExpress seller account to enable automated dropship fulfillment. By enabling this integration, you acknowledge:

• When a customer places an order on your Shopify store, QuickStore will automatically place a corresponding order on AliExpress using the customer's shipping address. This happens without additional confirmation from you once enabled.
• Product availability, pricing, and shipping times on AliExpress are controlled by third-party suppliers and may change without notice. QuickStore monitors product health but does not guarantee supplier reliability.
• If an order fails to be placed on AliExpress, QuickStore will automatically retry. Failed orders are logged and you will be notified.
• Order cancellations after an AliExpress order has shipped require you to open a dispute manually on AliExpress. QuickStore cannot cancel shipped AliExpress orders programmatically.
• You are responsible for managing refunds with your customers. If a full refund is issued on Shopify, you must open a dispute on AliExpress separately to recover funds from the supplier.

8. AI-Generated Content and Images

QuickStore uses artificial intelligence (including Google Gemini, Google Imagen, and Anthropic Claude) to generate product descriptions, titles, SEO tags, store copy, and product images. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may require review and editing before publishing. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content on your stores.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, biases, or inaccuracies.
• AI-generated product images are created based on reference images and may not perfectly represent the actual product.
• You own the content generated for your stores. However, product images sourced from AliExpress remain subject to their original copyright holders' rights.

9. Intellectual Property

The QuickStore platform, including its software, design, branding, themes, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Store themes published to your Shopify store are licensed for your use on that store. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense theme code separately from the Service.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including Shopify, AliExpress, or cloud provider outages). We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, including missed orders or delayed fulfillment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• QuickStore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or data loss.
• We are not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party services (Shopify, AliExpress, shipping carriers, AI providers).
• We are not responsible for disputes between you and your customers, or between you and AliExpress suppliers.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends immediately.
• Deleting a store cascades deletion to all associated products, orders, and data within QuickStore.
• Stores and products already published to Shopify remain live on Shopify — we do not delete your Shopify data.
• Your account data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickStore and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, the stores you operate, the products you sell, customer disputes, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
